I’m an automation engineer. I build the systems that sit at the seams between teams: the integrations, pipelines, and internal tools that turn manual operations into things that run themselves.
Currently at Luxury Presence, leading the automation team that serves client success, sales, and marketing. Previously at n8n, where I contributed to the product and led global technical support. Before that, six years at G2, from research specialist to their first technical support engineer to software engineer, across the company’s run from 30 people to over 600.
I’m also n8n’s Ambassador for Chicago.

Most of my work has the same shape: find where an organization is spending money or human hours on something a system should be doing, then build the system. The numbers attached to it are usually cost avoided rather than revenue added, because that’s where the leverage tends to sit.
I’ve spent most of my career at the seam between teams: support and engineering at G2, support and product at ixlayer and n8n, and now GTM and engineering at Luxury Presence. The problems I find interesting live in the gaps between departments, where nobody owns the system and everybody depends on it.
